Mr. Englund practices business, corporate, real estate, and estate planning law. He has represented buyers and sellers in well over 200 professional practice sales and transitions in Oregon and Washington. His clients include dentists, physicians, veterinarians, and other health care professionals. He has extensive experience in business formation, sales, acquisitions, mergers, and commercial real estate leases and sales. His practice includes serving as outside counsel for numerous medium-to-small businesses involved in manufacturing, construction, food distribution, technology, and retail. His background includes litigation involving employment, real estate, construction, commercial, corporate, surety, securities, and bankruptcy issues.
